About : 

  • The rights of the child can only be achieved by ensuring children’s access to proper nutrition, proper health facilities and education. On 29-30 September 1990, seventy one Heads of the State or Government endorsed the Plan of Action for the Survival, Development and Protection of Children. The implementation of the plan of Action will help improve the nutritional, educational, health and legal status of the children all over the world.
  • For its part, Nepal has already promulgated the “Children’s Act, 2048” to ensure the protection of the rights of the Nepali child.
