- I am glad that Nepal is participating in the XVIII olympiad to be held in Tokyo this year. I am particularly so because our first participation is going to coincide with the first ever olympics in Asia. On this first venture of our country, I wish that our team members will keep the sacred Olympic ideals in mind and make the games a grand success.
